who's answering the phone today 9/28 at 1pm? I was hung up on once, after asking can they check if a circuit t-shirt size medium is in stock before I make the 45 minute drive. 2nd time she stated " everyone who can help with that is busy we have new people and they are helping them" I stated & clarified "as I write this review, you mean to tell me I would have to make a 45 minute drive to check if an item is in stock instead of any one person in the store checking for me" she answered, "CORRECT". without customers, would there ever be a need for employees? you surely just this entire 29 kid football team & parents.

2 weeks before Christmas and out of stock on Christmas yarn??? The line was beyond the queue and there was 2 cashier's and then one walked away and there was only one! I asked for another cashier and was told she had to do online orders. Really?! People that drive 30 minutes to go to your store are not as important as lazy online shoppers?! You've lost a loyal shopper, I'll just go online somewhere else.

There was one person available to cut the fabric with about 10 people in line. The three other employees did not care at all. I could hear the manager say when another employee asked her about a customer calling to check on their order that they will get it when they get it. It genuinely seemed like the people in this store were bothered by customers trying to buy things from them.

I shopped at this location for years at its near my house but i will never be shopping here again!! There this one employee who was extremely rude. I have seen her being rude to a lot of other customers too. She talks like she owns the place and shows no respect at all. Worst experience ever.

I always find great deals at JOANN's. While they do have great fabrics, that's only a portion of the store. Always a fun place for home decor, crafts, baskets, and picking up a new hobby. I think there are books on just about every craft art out there!
